If you have already lost money due to financial fraud or are a victim of cyber-crime, please report at national cyber crime helpline number 1930. 



SMS Header Information

TAFCOP - Know the number of connections issued in your name by logging in using your mobile number. Need to enter their mobile number, captcha, and the OTP received on your mobile. Users can also report any unnecessary or unauthorized mobile connections.



Report Suspected Fraud Communication 

Chakshu (Complaint within the last 30 days).

Report the suspected fraud communications with the intention of defrauding telecom service users for cyber-crime, financial frauds, non-bonafide purposes like impersonation or any other misuse through Call, SMS or WhatsApp. Few eg. of suspected fraud communications are communication related to Bank Account / Payment Wallet / SIM / Gas connection / Electricity connection / KYC update / expiry / deactivation, impersonation as Government official / relative, sex-tortion related etc.  https://sancharsaathi.gov.in/sfc/Home/sfc-complaint.jsp



Report Unsolicited Commercial Communication (UCC) /Spam.

To report UCC or spam received through Voice Call or SMS which is not as per the consent given by recipient to sender or as per registered preference. (Report within 3 days for action) - https://sancharsaathi.gov.in/sfc/Home/ucc-complaint.jsp



Check lost/stolen Mobile Request Status



Unauthorized Electronic Banking Transactions

If you notice any fraudulent transactions, notify your bank or payment gateway immediately. Call 14440 (RBI toll-free number) and ensure you get an acknowledgment. The bank must resolve your complaint within 90 days.

If the bank does not respond within 30 days, partially rejects your complaint, or if you're unsatisfied with their response, you can escalate the issue to the RBI Ombudsman. (https://cms.rbi.org.in). Complaints must be filed within one year from the bank's response or within one year and 30 days if there's no response.
